Title:
DC MOTOR FOR OSCILLATORY EXCITATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006025561
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To propose a DC motor for oscillatory excitation capable of efficiently generating vibration using an eccentric rotor of a two-pole configuration.

The DC motor 1 for oscillatory excitation includes: a stator 3 having an annular permanent magnet 2 magnetized in six poles; and the eccentric rotor 4 coaxially disposed inside the stator. The rotor 4 includes: two salient poles 11 and 12 radially extended from the center of rotation at an angular interval of 90 degrees; and a phase-U coil 15 and a phase-V coil 18 wound on the respective salient poles. The head portions 14 and 17 of the salient poles are each formed in the shape of an arc, forming an angle of 60 degrees. They are formed offset in the same direction so that they form an angle of 35 degrees on one side and an angle of 25 degrees on the other side in the circumferential direction, relative to the central axes 13a and 16a of the middle portions 13 and 16 of the salient poles.
