Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor, capable of achieving reduction of a size and a weight while building a noise resolution element into a multipolar and DC motor, and ensuring a high output and a long life.SOLUTION: A DC motor comprising a brush device having four or more brushes 10, and a resin case 8 holding the brush device, is constructed so that a bearing 16 supporting an output axis 4 of a rotor on a yoke side of the brush device is housed, the resin case 8 is arranged on one end side of the axial direction of the yoke 2, a slide-contact surface of the brush 10 and a commutator 7 is positioned on the yoke side than an end surface of the axial direction of the yoke 2, and the resin case 8 houses a noise resolution element 12 arranged on the same surface with the brush 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
