Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor by which the cost can be reduced.
SOLUTION: The DC motor comprises a stator 2 which is formed by arranging projected poles of iron pieces 4a to 4f to the internal circumferential surface of a yoke housing 3 at the predetermined interval, a rotor 5 which is formed by winding coils 7a to 7h to the teeth 6a to 6h and is accommodated to rotate into the internal side of the projected poles of iron pieces 4a to 4f, a commutator 8 which rotates together with the rotor 5 and has a segment 9 respectively connected with one ends of corresponding coils 7a to 7h, a slip ring 12 which rotates together with the rotor 5 and is connected to the other ends of the coils 7a to 7h, positive side brushes 11a to 11f which is placed in contact to slide with a segment 9 to supply the positive side drive power source, and a negative side brush 11g which is always placed in contact with the slip ring 12 without relation to the rotating position of the rotor 5 to supply the negative side drive power source.
