Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve a starting characteristic and a follow-up characteristic upon staring of the power supply, by providing a current detection circuit and a characteristic changing circuit, and by changing the characteristic of a stabilization circuit. CONSTITUTION:A DC power supply switching circuit comprises a stabilizating circuit 10, a current detection circuit 20-1, a characteristic changing circuit 20-2, a signal generating circuit 30 and the secondary power supply circuit 40. The characteristic of the stabilizating circuit 10 is changed for improvement by use of second resistor R2, the current detection circuit 20-1 and the characteristic changing circuit 20-2. The current detection circuit 20-1 comprises a resistor R3 connected to the high voltage line of a stabilizating power supply source 3, a transistor(TR3) and voltage dividing resistors R5 and R6. The characteristic changing circuit 20-2 comprises a TR4 whose base is connected between the voltage dividing resistors R5 and R6 and a TR2 for providing the second resistor R2 in addition to the first resistor R1. In this way, upon staring of the power supply, a rush current is limited by the first resistor R1, and the follow-up characteristic is improved by utilizing the second resistor R2 during stable operation.
