Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power transmission system that steps up voltage to predetermined DC power transmission voltage by using a DC/DC converter before performing power transmission and can accurately and smoothly perform switching between a control mode at steady time and a control mode at accident time.SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter comprises: power collection voltage control means 11 for controlling voltage of a DC power collection system which is detected to generate a predetermined power collection voltage command value v; power transmission voltage control means 12 for outputting a power transmission voltage control amount θ; and selection means 13 for outputting a control amount based on either a power collection voltage control amount θor the power transmission voltage control amount θas a power control amount Δθfor the DC/DC converter. At steady time, the DC/DC converter controls voltage of the DC power collection system and a DC/AC converter controls voltage of a DC power transmission system; at AC accident time, the AC/DC converter controls the voltage of the DC power collection system and the DC/DC converter controls the voltage of the DC power transmission system.
