Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a DC-SQUID where a modulation coil is hardly burnt out even if an overcurrent flows through it. CONSTITUTION:A normal conductor 3 whose resistance is smaller than that of a modulation coil 2 in a normal conductive state is provided in parallel with the modulation coil 2, whereby the major part of an overcurrent flows through the normal conductor 3.
