Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC switching device capable of detecting that a polarity of a power line connected with a terminal part of a DC switching device has been reversely connected.SOLUTION: The DC switching device includes: a power supply side terminal part 10 with N and P poles connected with a power line; an LED 13 of a semiconductor element, as detection means disposed to become a forward voltage from the N pole to the P pole in a space to a contact positioned inside a DC switching device 3 and operating when a forward voltage is applied by reversely connecting a polarity of the power line. Preferably, the switching device has breaking means for opening the contact and the breaking means is operated by the detection means when a forward voltage is applied to the detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
