PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a motor by positively preventing the lubrication oil of a group of reduction gears from being scattered to a circuit substrate and by preventing the deterioration, etc., of electronic components on the circuit substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Within the inside of a case 8 of a motor, a winding drum part 10 where a coil 20 is wound at the outer-periphery part and a rotor 18 is laid out at the inner-periphery side and a bobbin 14 with a pair of flange parts 12 which are formed vertically at both edges of the winding drum part, a group of reduction gear groups 24 provided being adjacent to one flange part 12 of the bobbin, and a circuit substrate 30 which has a control circuit and is fixed over the outer-periphery part of both flange parts of the bobbin are housed. A screening plate part 42 is extended to a part where the circuit substrate is fixed, thus separating a space for housing a group of reduction gear groups within the case from that for housing the circuit substrate.
