Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the input of voltage higher than needed by detecting the voltage fluctuation of power to be supplied to a DC load and regulating the secondary side output voltage of transformer based on this detected fluctuation.
SOLUTION: A primary side voltage V0 detection circuit 11 is provided on the primary side of transformer 2, and the fluctuation of DC voltage is detected by inputting a detecting signal to a microcomputer 6. When fluctuating such as lowering the voltage to the DC load, for example, the microcomputer 6 performs control so that the voltage on a secondary side 22 of transformer 2 can become V1 before the electrification of AC load or the other DC load. Afterwards, in the state of turning the secondary side voltage of transformer 2 to V2 based on the output of fluctuation detecting means for detecting the fluctuation of DC load voltage, the microcomputer 6 performs regulation for switching the voltage to V2. Thus, the constant voltage can be supplied to the DC load.
