Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC voltage supply circuit comprising a more safe protective function with respect to abnormal heat evolution.SOLUTION: A DC voltage supply circuit comprises: a field effect transistor FET which is inserted into a positive potential line 1; a potential dividing circuit 6 of a first stationary resistor R1 and a positive characteristic thermistor PTC inserted between the positive potential line 1 and a negative potential line 2; a thyristor SCR of which an anode A is connected to the positive potential line 1, a gate G is connected to a node X of the potential dividing circuit 6 and a cathode K is connected through a second stationary resistor R2 to the negative potential line 2; and a third stationary resistor R3 which is connected in parallel with the thyristor SCR. When abnormal heat evolution occurs and a resistance value of the positive characteristic thermistor PTC rises, the thyristor SCR is brought into an ON state and as a result, the field effect transistor FET is brought into an OFF state, thereby stopping DC voltage supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
