To provide de-toxifying equipment for PCB mixed-in insulating oil, purifying the PCB mixed-in insulating oil containing impurity without generating waste, waste liquid and drainage to stably de-toxify the PCB mixed-in insulating oil, and also reducing the consumption of metallic sodium.
This de-toxifying equipment for the PCB mixed-in insulating oil includes an oil purifying apparatus 50 for adsorbing and removing impurity in the PCB mixed-in insulating oil by an adsorbent 52, wherein the PCB mixed-in insulating oil, the impurity of which is removed or reduced is caused to react with the metallic sodium to de-toxify the PCB. The oil purifying apparatus 50 is provided with a regenerating device 56 for the adsorbent 52 including: a water circulation line 72 for supplying wash water which washes the adsorbent 52; an electrolytic unit 64 for electrolyzing wash water containing impurity after washing; and a pressure reducing device 68 for drying the washed adsorbent 52, whereby the adsorbent 52 can be used while being regenerated, and also no waste, waste liquid and drainage are generated.
