Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low price detecting device for detecting a deactivated battery cell.
SOLUTION: In a deactivation detecting device for detecting a deactivated cell of a battery assembly 15 comprising a plurality of cells C1-Cn, a deactivation detecting circuit in which signal generators D11-Dn1 and diodes D12-Dn2 are connected in series is connected to each cell of cells C1-Cn in parallel. The cell in a deactivated state can be displayed, and an inexpensive deactivation detecting circuit is provided.
