To provide a dead body housing and carrying bag which is easily carried to an accident place, can house a dead body in the state of being capable of handling the body carefully and is easy to carry the body.

The dead body housing and carrying bag 13 is formed by combining two half bodies consisting of an upper half body 14 and a lower half body 15 both in nearly rectangle shape with their respective longer sides connected with each other. Then, a fastener 12 is peripherally arranged along the outer edge of the respective half bodies 14, 15 in order to fix the other three sides of each with the fastener at the time of fitting the two half bodies to each other. At the point of time when the fastener 12 is perfectly closed, the main body comes into the form of a hermetically-sealed hollow bag.
