Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body preservation apparatus that can preserve the body in a nonfreezing state without adding special processing to a coffin.SOLUTION: The body preservation apparatus includes: a body storage 10 that is thermally insulated from an outer environment and defines an inner space capable of storing a coffin CK in which the body is placed; an inner temperature control means that controls the temperature of the inner space at a set temperature of not less than -4°C and less than 0°C by circulating cool air in the inner space; a space potential generation means that forms an electric field in the inner space by discharging static electricity in the inner space from a static discharge means 53 installed in the inner space; and a sterilization/deodorization means 55 that reduces bacterium and odor in the inner space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
