Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dead-body washing tub for mounting in a dead-body washing vehicle, that enables efficient draining and stable dead-body washing regardless of stepped floors, etc.
SOLUTION: This dead-body washing tub 10 is adapted for mounting in a dead-body washing vehicle and has a generally rectangular bottom 12, side walls 14 erected around the bottom 12, and a drain hole 18 provided in the rear of the bottom 12. A drainage channel 16 extending in the longitudinal direction of the bottom 12 and tapered so as to be tilted and become lower at the rear than at the front of the bottom 12 is formed in the bottom 12, and the drain hole 18 is located at the rear end of the drainage channel 16. The drainage channel 16 is formed to get narrower toward the drain hole 18, thus allowing waste water and dirt remaining in the dead-body washing tub 10 to be efficiently collected in the drain hole 18 during draining.
