Title:
DEAD-SOFT HIGH NITROGEN CR FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL EXCELLENT IN PRODUCTIVITY AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3465318
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a dead-soft high nitrogen Cr ferritic stainless steel excellent in productivity.
CONSTITUTION: This stainless steel contains C, N, Cr, Mo, Nb and Ti in the conditions of and ranges of C+N≤30ppm, 20≤Cr≤50wt.%, Mo≤5.0wt.%, (Nb+2 Ti)ppm≥10(C+N)ppm, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities. Furthermore, it contains one or more kinds selected from Cu and Ni, and the contents satisfy 0.01wt.%≤(cu+Ni)≤5.0wt.%. At the time of producing the ferritic stainless steel, the coiling temp. of the hot rolled sheet is regulated to 300 to 700°C, and moreover, the coil cooling rate to 250°C after the coiling is regulated to 1×103°C/h or above.
