Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a deaerating and defoaming method by which an equipment of large scale is not necessary in deaerating and defoaming of the coating liquid, and a danger of foaming by supersaturation of air dissolved in the liquid does not, generate and deaerating and defoaming can efficiently be carried out.
CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid is sent to an ultrasonic defoaming device 2 by a liquid carrying pump 1, the defoamed liquid is supplied into a tube of a porous material deaerating device 3 connected serially and then to a coating head 5 while outside of the tube is evacuated by an evacuating pump 4.
