Title:
DEAERATING METHOD OF REFRIGERATING MACHINE OIL AND REFRIGERATING SYSTEM USING IT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10213069
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To eliminate dissolved gas in a refrigerator with a high efficiency by foaming dissolved gas in refrigerating machine oil by bringing the refrigerating machine oil into contact with a material having needle shaped or projection shaped structure while carrying out vacuum-exhaust in a refrigerating compressor in which the refrigerating machine oil is filled.

In the case adapted to a compressor of a vertical scroll type, a needle or projection shaped structure 10 is arranged below a liquid surface of a refrigerating machine oil 12 filled in the compressor. The refrigerating machine oil 12 and the structure 10 are brought into contact with each other while carrying out vacuum- exhaust in the compressor filled with the refrigerating machine oil 12, and small bubbles made of dissolved gas in the refrigerating machine oil 12 are generated following with change of pressure condition in the refrigerating machine oil 12, and are generated at an interface between the refrigerating machine oil 12 and the structure 10 according to a contact surface area. The small bubbles are absorbed each other, and are grown so as to accelerate foaming of dissolved gas in the refrigerating machine oil 12. It is thus possible to eliminate dissolved gas with good efficiency so as to carry out deaeration.
