PURPOSE: To provide a deaeration roll in which deaeration holes can effectively be provided and manufacture of adhesive films with this deaeration roll.
CONSTITUTION: In an adhesive film manufacturing device equipped with a means to stick parting paper, to which adhesive is applied and dried, to a film with pass paper, needles 11 are spirally projected on the external peripheral surface of a cylindrical roll body 10 which is a deaeration roll which is provided in a line for carrying films with process paper and is used for making deaeration holes on the film with process paper. In addition, in the line for carrying films with process paper before sticking process, this deaeration roll is let to abut on the line tip to which new films with process paper that are carried after the passing of the seam of a film with process paper to make deaeration holes so that the bubbles produced at this line tip when the films are stuck are let to discharged from these deaeration holes.
