Abstract:
To provide a mechanized deboning technology with respect to the wing middle of poultry.SOLUTION: A deboning device includes: a table (11); a supporting tool (21) for making a standing position so that the wing middle (M) supported by a table may stand from a table surface; a joint holder (31) for pinching and holding a wing tip (S) supported by a table and a supporting tool and a joint (J) of the wing middle; a wing tip holder (41) for pinching and holding the wing tip received by a receiving opening; a deboning cutter (51) having a bone passage hole smaller than a cross section shape of the wing middle and a blade provided at a bone passage hole and pressing the blade on the bone (B) surface of the wing middle to tear off meat from the bone; a first motion mechanism (61); a second motion mechanism (22); a bone gripping tool (72) passed through the bone passage hole and gripping two bones where the meat is torn off; and a third motion mechanism (78) for displacing the bone gripping tool so as to be separated from the wing tip holder and removing the bone from the wing middle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
