Abstract:
To allow for automatic acceptance of debt information in consideration of an order of real estate securities in making another customer accept right information set for a real-estate property of a customer.SOLUTION: A debt information accepting device makes a debtor of an acceptance destination accept right information set in a real-estate property of a debtor of an acceptance source. A storage unit 106 stores a credit information table 106b, a right information table 106c, a customer-right information table 106d, an article detail information table 106e, and an order information table 106f. A control unit 102 comprises a customer information acquisition unit 102a which acquires customer information of the debtor of the acceptance destination, a credit information extraction unit 102b which extracts credit information to be accepted, a right information moving unit 102c which moves the right information to the debtor of the acceptance destination, an article detail information moving unit 102d which moves article detail information to the debtor of the acceptance destination, and an order information moving unit 102e which moves order information to the debtor of the acceptance destination on the basis of the right information order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
