Abstract:
To provide a debugging device and a debugging method capable of efficiently performing debugging.
The debugging device for debugging a program comprises a memory display means 11 for displaying a memory window showing values stored in a memory 21 in matrix according to an address on memory on a display device 40; and an input means 50 moving a pointer to a position where a value of the memory 21 is displayed within the memory window, and designating an address of memory. The symbol name of a symbol according to the address designated by the input means 50 is displayed within the memory window.
