Title:
DEBURRING DEVICE FOR CASTING MOLD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0225265
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of a deburring operation by providing a transfer device having jigs for supporting casting molds and disposing the articulated arm of a robot near the stop position of the casting molds, then executing deburring via a rotary blade.

CONSTITUTION: The transfer device 1 having the jigs 2 for supporting the plural casting molds A on the surface is provided and the robot 5 having the rotary blade 4 at the tip of the articulated arm 3 is disposed near the stop position of the casting molds A. A table 8 is rotted forward and backward with respect to a table 8 having a shaft 6 as its central axis by a pinion 9, a rack 10 and a cylinder 11, by which the supplying and unloading operations of the casting molds A are enabled. The articulated arm 3 drives and rotates the rotary blade 4 by a motor 12 to cut off the burr (a). The deburring operations from the supply of the casting molds A to the unloading thereof are automated in this way and the efficiency of the deburring is improved.
