This constitution prevents the brush bristles 42 from freely bending, make the tips of the brush bristles 42 to appropriately abut on the burr formation part of the work 90, and remove the burr. The rotary resin brush 40 is energized to the work 90 so that the brush bristles 42 projecting from the spin guide 50 to the work 90 are retained to fixed length and perform a stable deburring work.
