A circular hole 61 is formed in an inner constituent member 13, and a cylindrical inner fitting part 62 fitted into the cylindrical part of the part when used is formed at a head part 42. Inner cutout part 71 opened to the tip side are formed in the inner fitting part 62, and inner cutting edge parts 72 for removing burrs projected on the inner peripheral surface side of the cylindrical part of the part are formed at both side edge parts of each inner cutout part 71.
