Abstract:
To provide a deburring device that can reduce deburring time.SOLUTION: A deburring device 10 comprises: a floating pin 11, arranged in a downward direction Z1 of a core 41, which has an elastic body 11s and supports the core 41 using the elastic body 11s; clamp units 12 which pushes the core 41 in the downward direction Z1 until a part 41a of the core 41 contacts a fixed pin 42 arranged in the downward direction Z1 of the core 41 and pushes the floating pin 11 into the other part 41b of the core 41 to fix the core 41; and a brush 13 arranged in an upward direction Z2 of the core 41, where the brush 13 removes burr Br on an upper surface 41us of the core 41, with the core 41 fixed and the floating pin 11 is pushed into the other part 41b of the core 41 to remove burr Br on a lower surface 41ds of the core 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
