To provide a deburring method and device for surely removing burr generated at a peripheral edge part on a rear surface side of a through hole of circular cross section formed on a workpiece from a front surface side of the through hole.
In relation to a rotatably supported guide, a bearing hole with an axis parallel to a rotary shaft of the guide as a center is formed and a supporting shaft part of a deburring tool is rotatably and slidably fitted and supported. By sliding the guide in a direction orthogonal to the rotary shaft after inserting a tool part from the front surface side of the through hole, the tool part is allowed to abut on the peripheral edge part, the guide is rotated by a guide rotation means and the tool part is moved along the peripheral edge part. By rotating the tool part by a supporting shaft part rotation means independent from the guide rotation means, the burr generated at the peripheral edge part in the tool part is removed.
