Abstract:

To provide a deburring device capable of highly accurately removing a burr generated in a disk-like work having a kerf on an outer peripheral surface and an end surface.

This deburring method removes the burr generated in the kerf of a gear W by contacting a rotary brush 20 having a work part on the outer peripheral surface with the end surface of the gear W while rotating around the axis. The deburring method is characterized by removing the burr of the gear W by contacting the work part of the rotary brush 20 with the end surface of the gear W by vibrating in the axial direction while rotating the rotary brush 20 around the axis.
