Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a deburring tool by utilizing the reciprocating motion of wires to perform the deburring work.
CONSTITUTION: One or multiple wires 1 are reciprocated in a deburring device removing the burrs generated on various members with an industrial robot. The burrs are removed by the friction between the wires 1 and the object member. The structure of a deburring tool can be simplified.
