Abstract:
PURPOSE: To properly deburr a synthetic resin molded product by rotatably pivoting a tool on which another tool low in cutting force is mounted, letting the tool be so constituted that it can be freely tilted at the floating section having the single degree of freedom, and concurrently energizing the tool to a neutral position.
CONSTITUTION: A teciprocating motion tool 7 is mounted onto the tip end sections 6 of the wrist of a robot 1 via a floating mechanism having the single degree of freedom. A stationary seat 8 and a floating section 9 are thereby set back and forth in parallel at the tip end section 6 of the wrist, and a loose insertion hole is bored in the free end section of the stationary seat 8. The ring 12 of a support seat 11 fixed onto the reciprocating motion tool 7 is inserted into the loose insertion hole, in addition, an axial member 13 which is rotatably inserted into the loose insertion hole from the stationary seat 8, is connected to the ring 12. Each impulsive moving support member 14 is fastened onto the frame bodies 9a of the floating section 9 with screws 15, and furthermore, each impulsive moving element 16 is inserted therein so as to be engaged with lock nuts 17 at the outside ends. Moreover, each compression spring 19 is provided so as to be mounted between each abutting receiver 18 of the impulsive moving elements 16 and each impulsive moving support section 14, so that an elastic support section is thereby made up.
