The inside of the rotating bowl 1 rotated and driven by a single drive device 10 includes the screw conveyor 4 rotated and driven coaxially at a differential speed. A bowl rotating shaft 1C of the rotating bowl 1 and a screw rotating shaft 4D of the screw conveyor 4 are respectively provided with a bowl rotating pulley 15 and a screw rotating pulley 16. A drive shaft 10A of the drive device 10 is provided with a bowl driving pulley 11 and a screw driving pulley 12 respectively connected to the bowl rotating pulley 15 and the screw rotating pulley 16. Among these, the screw driving pulley 12 and the drive shaft 10A are mounted so as to be integrally rotatable through a shear pin 14 and so as to be rotatable relatively to each other around an axis X of the drive shaft 10A by fracture of the shear pin 14.
