Abstract:
To provide a deceleration displaying device of a vehicle capable of indicating an intention of a driver or a deceleration tendency of the vehicle to a following vehicle.SOLUTION: A deceleration displaying device 100 comprises: an indicator 104 for indicating that an own vehicle is decelerating; an accelerator sensor 101 for detecting a depressed amount of an accelerator pedal; a peripheral environment sensor 102 for acquiring information about an area in front of the own vehicle; and an indicator control unit 103 which, when the depressed amount of the accelerator pedal has decreased, controls display intensity of the indicator 104 according to a traffic situation of an area in front of the own vehicle (such as presence/absence of a red light and a distance to a preceding vehicle) detected by the peripheral environment sensor 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
