Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain large reduction gear ratio, by using a driven wheel interlocking with a motor, which repeats positive and reverse revolution, a pawl for advancing a driven wheel, a stopper, etc., which are mounted into a rotational locus of a pin installed to the drive wheel in a projecting shape, invert the pin and reverse the motor. CONSTITUTION:A drive wheel 2 is loosely fitted to a shaft 12, and one pin 5 is mounted in a projecting shape from the upper surface. A wheel 7 is loosely fitted to an upper end of the shaft 12, and an upper end of the pin 5 is inserted into an arc-shaped hole 8, which is installed to the wheel 7 and pierces up and down. A pawl 4 is mounted to the wheel 7 in a revolution-free shape, and freely contacted with the teeth of the fringe of a driven wheel 3 by the elastic energizing of a spring 9. A stopper 6 is installed between the drive wheel 2 and the wheel 7 in a shape that it is loosely fitted to the shaft 12, and a shaft 13 of the driven wheel 3 is located at the inside of a branch 14 at the other end. The driven wheel 3 advances at one step through the pin 5, the wheel 7 and the pawl 4 by the revolution of the drive wheel 2, the pin 5 collides with the stopper 6 at that location, and the pin 5 reverses while the driven wheel 3 remains as it stops, collides with the opposite side of the stopper 6 and also reverses. Thus, large reduction gear ratio can be obtained.
