Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hydraulic system running from a hydraulic oil pump which is a hydraulic source to each hydraulic device as simple and short as possible, in a reduction reverse gear.SOLUTION: There are provided a forward backward switching mechanism for switching a rotational power of a main engine 7 mounted on a ship into an output of forward, neutral or backward, an output shaft 13 which transmits an output from the forward backward switching mechanism to a propeller, and a neutral brake 31 for braking the output shaft 13 at the neutral of the forward backward switching mechanism. The output shaft 13 is rotatably pivoted at a lower part of a housing 9 having the forward backward switching mechanism. An oil path block 18 arranged above the output shaft 13 of the housing 9 is fitted with a hydraulic oil pump 21, a forward backward switching valve 25 for controlling switching operation of the forward backward switching mechanism 17, a brake switching valve 30 for controlling operation of the neutral brake 31, and a trolling device 24 for adjusting hydraulic pressure on the forward backward switching mechanism 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
