Title:
DECENTRALIZED POWER FACILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3402886
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power to a load surely without interruption at the failure of a power system by cutting a power converter off from the power system, when the failure of the power system is detected, changing the control of the power converter over to voltage control form current control instantaneously, and shifting the operation from system cooperation operation to independing operation.
SOLUTION: When a power system 10 side stops power supply, an interconnecting circuit-breaker 11 is interrupted at a high-speed and a power converter 12 is cut off from the power system 10. Along with it, the operation mode of the power converter 12 is switched from current control over to voltage control, and the operation is shifted from system operation to independent operation. Accordingly, it becomes possible to continue to supply power to a load 14 surely without interruption, even at the failure of the power system 10, since it becomes possible to cut the power converter 12 off from the power system 10 instantaneously, and to perform operation it over to an independent operation mode, at the failure of the power system 10, by causing the power converter 12 to have an interruptively power supplying function, and using only one power converter 12.
