Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a cost by a method wherein deck plates are laminated in a direction, crossing section steels at right angles, such as an H-steel, between section steels such as an H-steel, disposed at intervals of a given distance in a vertical direction to form an outer shell part and concrete is placed in the outer shell part.
CONSTITUTION: Since a deck plate 1 is a sheet, a steel amount is reduced. A deck plate 1, having a rib, such as an I-type, a T-type, and a triangle type, is buried in a concrete 4 and not corroded, whereby the deck plate 1 is functioned as a distributing bar to an H-steel 2. By forming a hole 3 in the web of the section steel 2, adhesion between a steel shell and concrete is improved and during placing of concrete, a tremie pipe may be arranged in one spot. The deck plate 1 is arranged in such a manner that a strong axis is extended in a horizontal direction. Since a load, such as an earth pressure, is allotted to the section steel 2, the pitch of the section steel 2 is increased. This structure reduces an amount of using steels, facilitates execution of a work, and shortens a term of works.
