Abstract:
Isolated small interference RNA (siRNA) comprising a sense RNA strand and a complementary anti-sense RNA strand forming together a RNA duplex, where the sense RNA strand comprises a sequence, which has a distinct nucleotide in comparison to a fragment of 14-30 contiguous nucleotides of the exon F nucleotide sequence of the myosin Va protein coding gene, is new. An independent claim is included for a composition comprising the siRNA and a support. ACTIVITY : Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Melanogenesis inhibitor.
