Abstract:
To provide a method for preparing the decomposed material of a new dried shark fin and obtain a health food or health beverage for applying the resultant substance to prophylaxis or prognosis for various diseases.
This method for preparing the decomposed material of dried shark fin comprises combining the shark fin with Bacillus natto or a material fermented by Bacillus natto and heat-reserving the combined material. This health food or health beverage is obtained by utilizing the decomposed material of dried shark fin.
