PURPOSE: To ensure simple deconstruction without breaking an extruded material by stopping the front end of a wire in engagement with the hollow extruded material, and by horizontally drawing out this hollow extruded material through the tractive force of a traction device, while other hollow extruded materials are left.

CONSTITUTION: A wire 24 which is drawn from a take-up drum 28b of an electric winch 28, is passed through a vacancy 23 between each stopper 21 and 22, and an engaging piece 25 is engaged with one end of an hollow extruded material 4 and is thus stopped. When the wire 24 is then wound up by the take-up drum 28b, the hollow extruded material 4 is drawn by the traction force of the electric winch 28, while reaction against the tractive force of the hollow extruded material 4 is applied to other hollow extruded materials 2, 3, 5 through stoppers 21, 22. The hollow extruded material 4 is moved horizontally while the other hollow extruded materials 2, 3, 5 are left, and finally, the whole length of the material is drawn out.
