Abstract:

To provide a decorated coffin pedestal which clearly appeals the existence of itself to the attendance at a funeral or the family of the deceased with light emitting lotus petals and white smoke of dry ice, and which can give the attendance, etc., at the funeral an image of the deceased's happy departure by creating a gentle atmosphere as if the coffin were wrapped in the God's palm.

A hollow cubic pedestal 1 is built and casters 5 with stoppers are attached front, rear, left and right on the bottom of the pedestal. A C- channel 2 is formed in a U-shape and attached to upper left, right and rear sides of the pedestal. A fluorescent lamp 3, and large, medium and small-sized lotus petals 4, 4a and 4b are mounted inside the C-channel 2. A few dozens of holes are formed in each lotus petal 4, 4a or 4b, and a light emitter 7 is inserted into each hole. They are integrally formed by adhesion and wire bound. The coffin pedestal has also means for making the fluorescent lamp 3 and the light emitters 7 emit light and for making the dry ice 10 generate white smoke.
