Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorating material having activities for generating a minus ion, and further having functions of cleansing, sterilizing, deodorizing, health promotion or the like of environmental air by the action of the minus ion by allowing the decorating material to include fine powder of a natural radioactive rare element mineral. SOLUTION: The objective decorative material is obtained by allowing the decorative material to include fine powder of a natural radioactive rare element mineral. A samarskite, a fergusonite, a xenotime, a thorogummite, a variety zircon or the like is cited as the natural radioactive rare element mineral. The minerals are used in a fine powder shape, and the particle diameter is preferably smaller, because the dispersion and processability become better, the internal absorption of the radiation becomes smaller and the effect become larger.
