The decoration form 1 fixedly stuck detachably to the surface of the outside tabular form 5 among the outside tabular form 5 and the inside tabular form 6 used in an oppositely positioned state at the time when the residence concrete foundation is constructed. The decoration form 1 is made of an expandable resin with a low expansion ratio. An uneven pattern 1a is formed on the surface. A protrusion 2 is protruded at the upper end of the surface. A recessed groove 2a for attaching a clip metal fitting in which the decoration form 1 is attached to the outside tabular form 5, is formed at the surface of the protrusion 2, and a hollow engaging with a distance retaining tool 9 keeping a distance between the inside and outside tabular forms 5, 6 is formed at the rear face of the decoration form 1.
