After the surface of the decorating part of the decorating object is colored with a coloring material, the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin is coated on the colored surface, and a resin layer is formed by curing the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin through the irradiation with ultraviolet rays. Further, the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin is coated on the resin layer. Then, after an arbitrary decorating member is sprayed or pasted onto the coated ultraviolet-curing transparent resin, a decorating member layer is formed by curing the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin through the irradiation with ultraviolet rays. Furthermore, the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin is coated on the decorating member layer, and a resin layer is formed by curing the ultraviolet-curing transparent resin through the irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
