PURPOSE: To provide a decoration shape material revealing various stereographic patterns and a method for forming such decoration shape material.
CONSTITUTION: In the decoration shape material, a decoration wall 2 of a fundamental shape 10 having a hollow part 3 is made thinner than a common wall 4, unevennesses are repeated on the decoration wall in the inner and outer directions of the shape and a stereographic pattern continued in the extruding direction is revealed on the decoration wall with no fabrication. The stereographic pattern is revealed on both flat decoration wall 21 and isolated decoration wall 22, continued at an irregular interval in the extruding direction or continued in the extruding direction as it meanders right and left. In the forming method of the decoration shape material, the passing resistance of metal on the dressed wall forming land R is made remarkably smaller than the passing resistance of metal on the common wall forming land N, the unevennesses are repeated by the resistance difference on the decoration wall 2 in the inner and outer directions to reveal the stereographic pattern 5 continued in the extruding direction.
