To make it possible to easily form a grain pattern with its depth when the surface of an internal trim part of an automobile is decorated with the grain pattern with its depth.
A mixed resin material is obtained by kneading two colored resin materials respectively having colors different from each other so as to develop light and shade in a molding machine. A base material 3, in which an irregular light and shade pattern is formed so as to flow in a longitudinal direction, is obtained by injecting the mixed resin material in a cavity. A resin film layer 5, which transmits the light and shade pattern of the base material 3, is formed by hydraulically transferring a grain-pattern forming paint onto the surface of the base material 3. At the formation of this resin film layer 5, the flowing direction of the grain pattern is set to be same as that of the light and shade pattern of the base material 3. Finally, a coating film layer 7 is formed by coating a transparent paint on the surface of the resin film layer 5.
