PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a film and the crack of a metal membrane and to provide a beautiful metallic hue by bonding a releasable adhesive tape to the single surface of a fluoroplastic film and successively providing the metal membrane, an adhesive layer and a polyvinyl chloride resin layer to the other surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A metal membrane 2 composed of chromium, nickel, aluminum or an alloy thereof is provided to the single surface of a fluoroplastic film 1 having a thickness of 10-100μm usually and bonded to a polyvinyl chloride layer 4 (usual thickness, about 50-200μm) through an adhesive layer 3 while an adhesive tape 5 is bonded to the other surface of the film 1. The adhesive tape 5 is formed by providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 based on an acrylic polymer or rubber to the single surface of a support 6 composed of paper or a plastic film. By this method, a decorative braided tape capable of effectively preventing the generation of the damage of the film 1 and having a sharp metallic hue is obtained.
