Abstract:
To provide a method for applying decoration of peel pattern to a ceramic.
Glue is applied to a part intended to be decorated of an unglazed molded article obtained in a previous process for making a ceramic, a peel pattern like scales or a surface of rocks can be obtained, because the surface of the unglazed molded article is peeled along with drying and constriction of the glue. A peeled design can be drawn by intentionally sculping the surface of the applied glue. A ceramic of the peel pattern can be obtained by carrying out glost firing.
