Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an armature of a commutator rotating electric machine, with which the armature rotating electric machine can be rotated at considerably higher speed than in conventional cases and which can be made small and light.
CONSTITUTION: The armature is provided with an outside conductor 20 which is composed of one pair of armature-coil holding parts 20b, 20d installed so as to be extended to the radial inside direction from both ends of an upper conductor part (an armature coil) housed in a slot 13 for an armature core 11 and of one pair of protrusion parts 20g, 20h which protrude to the shaft direction from both holding parts 20b, 20d and with an inside conductor 21 whose constitution is the same as the outside conductor 20 and which is situated at the inner side of the armature core 11 than the outside conductor 20. The protrusion part 20g for the outside conductor 20 comes into contact with a protrusion part 21g for the inside conductor 21, and tip parts of the protrusion parts 20g, 21g are welded so as to form a spherical bonded part.
