In a film in which a polyolefin film layer, a primer layer, as required a finish coat layer, and a release film layer are laminated in turn in the outer surface direction, the primer layer is a coat formed from an isocyanate-curable resin composition which is prepared from (A) a hydroxyl group-containing resin 30-200 KOHmg/g in average hydroxyl group number and 1,000-80,000 in weight average molecular weight, (B) a polyolefin resin, (C) a (block) polyisocyanate compound, (D) a conductive pigment so that the number of the isocyanate group of the (C) component per one hydroxyl group of the (A) component is 0.1-0.9, and the content of the (B) component in the (A), (B), (C) components is 1-90 wt.%, and the coat is a decorative film for molding plastics, 20-70°C in static glass transition temperature, at least 10% in elongation, and at least 0.5 kgf/mm2 in tensile strength.
