To provide a decorative film which can be subjected to excellent embossing as change in color tone because of white turbidity is effectively prevented.
The decorative film is obtained by stacking a substrate resin layer, a print layer, and a surface resin layer in sequence. The surface resin layer has, on the surface side, a first layer formed of a polybutylene terephthalate resin or a modified polybutylene terephthalate resin and, on the print layer side, a second layer formed of a transparent resin. The difference (|ΔL*a-ΔL*b|) between the value ΔL* (ΔL*a) which is measured by a spectral colorimeter when the transparent resin of the second layer is heated to a temperature of 230°C and then is rapidly cooled, and the value ΔL* (ΔL*b) which is measured by the spectral colorimeter when it is gradually cooled is 1.0 or less. The thickness of the first layer is within a range of 3 to 20 μm.
